[Sold] Comb of hand-cut, polished and dyed cow horn, 3" x 4.75". A deer trots forward, head down, antlers lowered. We have seen examples of this elegant and charming handicraft in folk art museums and in fine private collections. Thin slices of horn are cut and polished, then decorated with permanganate. These traditional combs are quite functional, but they're so attractive and unusual that you might want to frame them. Mexico.
